we integrate e.V. is a dynamic association, founded in 2019 in Nuremberg, which acts as a supporting organization for innovative integration projects. From a small volunteer network, it developed into a platform that brings together and strengthens people with and without a history of immigration. The association creates spaces in which integration is lived - in solidarity, creatively and on an equal footing.[1][2][3]
The core mission of we integrate is: Social participation is not a privilege, but a right for all. The association promotes encounter, engagement and integration locally by identifying and closing gaps in local integration work. Values such as are at the center: projects address topics such as migration, flight and discrimination to make Nuremberg more just and diverse. Volunteer work is encouraged - from the board to working groups to their own initiatives.[1][2][3][6]
The three-member board works on a voluntary basis and embodies these values: Maria Koornhof (Chairwoman), Vivian Zapf (Deputy Chairwoman) and Ashraf Almohammad Alomar (Assessor).[2][3][4]
we integrate offers a wide range of tailor-made programs that support new immigrants, refugees and people with a migration background:
These initiatives include sponsorships, educational opportunities and meeting formats that strengthen social, cultural and economic skills.[2][3][7]
Although explicit sustainability goals are not detailed, we integrate integrates long-term social sustainability into its work. Projects aim at lasting structures: They build networks that permanently anchor integration, promote diversity and combat discrimination. Donations and volunteer work finance spaces for encounters, which contributes to a more solidary coexistence in the long term. The focus on local needs in Nuremberg ensures sustainable impact - from psychological stabilization to professional integration.[1][2][9]
we integrate actively invites participation: Whether as a volunteer, in projects or through donations - every contribution creates concrete change. The association has established itself as a reliable player since 2019, driving integration from Nuremberg for Nuremberg. With continuous news and successes, it demonstrates measurable results in satisfaction and trust.[1][2][8]
we integrate e.V. embodies the spirit of togetherness: Together for an inclusive city.[1]
