Own the full profit & loss responsibility for the Power Grid product portfolio, ensuring financial performance aligns with company targets, Drive go-to-market execution in close partnership with the CRO, including pricing, packaging, and positioning, Build and nurture partnerships and business development opportunities to expand Volue’s presence in existing and new markets, Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams (Development, Product Management, UX, Delivery, Sales, CS, Marketing) to ensure high-quality execution and strong customer outcomes, Guide resource planning by aligning with key functional leaders to secure needed capacity and skills, Champion a collaborative, performance-driven team culture across all involved functions, Ensure product and service delivery are aligned with customer needs, technical vision, and market expectations, Define and maintain product and business roadmaps in close collaboration with Product and Commercial leadership, Monitor and optimise key performance indicators across delivery, adoption, satisfaction, and financial metrics, Participate in the Extended Leadership Team (XLT), helping shape the broader strategic direction of Volue
