Plan, launch, and optimize lead-gen campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Manage TOFU/MOFU/BOFU funnels across multiple programs (Orientation, Mentoring, SAP, ServiceNow, AWS, etc.), Build and test creatives; brief UGC creators and editors; ensure fast and cost-effective content production, Manage budgets, pacing, and KPIs (CPL, CPA, quality), Maintain tracking setups across all platforms and Pipedrive, Ensure clean UTM flow from landing pages to CRM, Troubleshoot pixels, events, and CAPI issues, Build and maintain Looker/Sheets dashboards (ads + CRM), Report on performance, attribution, and funnel conversion, Align with Sales on lead quality, Coordinate with Program Managers and Partners on new launches, Support the launch of webinars and landing pages, Work closely with the Social Media team to align content, messaging, and creative needs across paid and organic
