Create and update copy across platforms and initiatives, including website and homepage copy and landing pages, drip campaigns, SMS flows and WhatsApp communication, copy checks for all B2C initiatives, and editorial work., Manage social media execution, including cross-channel alignment with Content/CRM/PR, asset and caption creation, coordinating reviews with therapists, publishing, reporting, and ongoing optimization., Support and run key PR processes, including pitching ideas and coordination, psychological reviews, taking over selected PR interviews, and managing LinkedIn PR strategy for internal stakeholders., Assist in areas such as partner and influencer collaborations, newsletter coordination, editorial processes, and article & content creation.
