You will lead and professionally develop a technical team of over 60 employees in electrical engineering., As a concession holder / technical operations manager, you will be responsible for compliance with all relevant standards and regulations (e.g., VDE, DIN, EEG)., You will develop, standardize, and optimize technical solutions, processes, and measurement methods for photovoltaic and energy systems., You will actively drive the introduction and further development of product and quality standards as well as the continuous optimization of processes., You will build and further develop a structured training and further education concept for technical employees., As a central point of contact, you will manage communication with grid operators, customers, partners, and internal stakeholders and coordinate all project participants., You will also be responsible for defining, instructing, and consistently enforcing all occupational safety measures in internal and external services.
