Assume strategic responsibility and oversee quality management for international emergency relief projects., Coordinate the project cycle within the ICS system in collaboration with colleagues from various disciplines., Ensure the achievement of project goals and mobilize necessary resources within the CADUS network., Accompany and support colleagues in countries of operation and assist them in implementing projects., Work on the development of operational concepts and standardization with the Health Department and technical working groups., Develop emergency aid projects to support people affected by crises, even in regions where CADUS does not have a permanent presence., Maintain contact with institutional donors and be responsible for the application, administration, and implementation of projects or project components., Identify new funding opportunities., Represent CADUS and its values at presentations, events, and in the media., Submit project funding applications to various institutional donors., Plan and monitor project budgets, approve expenditures, and ensure compliance with donor guidelines., Collaborate on procurement processes for project implementation., Develop standardized mission concepts., Perform internal and external reporting on project and situation developments., Develop and implement MEAL concepts in the field., Represent CADUS to donors, the media, government agencies, and other organizations in the sector.
