PLC & Scada, Control system programming, Develop wiring diagrams, I/O lists, and instrumentation layouts., Support troubleshooting and calibration of measurement systems., Identify and evaluate suitable sensors, measurement devices, and electronic components., Compare technical specifications, vendor offers, and cost optimization in alignment with project needs., Coordinate with suppliers for lead times, delivery, and testing., System software testing, Plan and execute calibration and validation tests for all sensors and electrical systems., Support on-site commissioning and troubleshooting of first-of-a-kind setups., Prepare detailed documentation (technical manuals, schematics, calibration reports)., Ensure compliance with CE and industrial safety standards., Work closely with plant operators to understand their needs, provide technical support, and help refine operator interfaces (HMIs) for clarity and ease of use., Actively contribute to problem-solving during crunch periods with quick iterations and design adjustments.
