Take ownership of debt collections and garnishment systems, guiding the product vision and maintaining a clear roadmap to deliver business- and customer-driven outcomes., Align the products Collections strategy, regulatory requirements, and global direction using the roadmap, and cultivate a concise and well-defined backlog, always knowing where to prioritise to drive impact and outcome., Lead the rollout of system enhancements, including major releases and regulatory changes, ensuring smooth delivery through close collaboration with all stakeholders, structured testing, sign-off, and documentation in line with ING standards., Act as the central point of contact, bringing together IT, architecture, vendors, and other partners, while working closely with Collections Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Analytics., Represent local needs and ensure alignment with Global standards for cross-country initiatives, escalating conflicts where needed., Drive the transformation of Collections towards the Global Target Operating Model by identifying gaps, translating them into meaningful roadmap actions, and helping to bring global solutions to life at the local level., Keep governance requirements (e.g. MaRisk, outsourcing, data governance) in view, support audits and supervisory interactions, and ensure risks and issues are actively addressed and transparent.
