Close collaboration with the founders in daily operations and support with strategic and cross-functional topics, Taking over organizational, coordinating, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth company operations, Preparation and follow-up of management, investor, and partner topics, including presentations, reports, and decision-making bases, Support in the investor and funding environment (e.g., documentation, reporting, billing, communication with investors, funding agencies, and other external stakeholders), Involvement in controlling topics, e.g., budget overviews, project-related cost control, and billing, Structuring and maintaining central documents and files (e.g., contracts, funding and investor documents, internal documentation), Support with HR topics and further development of internal processes and structures to enable efficient and sustainable growth, Interface function between management, investors, team, and external partners
