Analyze existing HR processes in areas such as recruiting, onboarding, administration, and training and development., Support the optimization, standardization, and automation of workflows., Identify digitalization potentials in the HR department., Participate in the introduction and further development of digital HR tools., Support the use of AI-based solutions for process automation and data analysis., Create presentations, evaluations, and decision proposals., Research current HR trends, tools, and developments., Prepare and follow up on appointments and provide organizational support in daily business., Contribute to personnel controlling, especially in data analysis and key figure preparation., Support the entire recruiting process as well as in training and junior talent management., Accompany and support trainees, including participation in selection procedures., Maintain and further develop the applicant management system., Participate in measures for competence development, personnel development, and employer branding.
