Brand Communication Lead (m/f/d) - Social-First, Content & Brand Experience

Lead social-first

• Own and grow our brand's social media accounts with a clear, platform-native strategy and content calendar.
• Set the goals that matter — engagement, reach, community growth — and hold the bar on quality not quantity or number of posts.
• Produce and ship high-quality, platform-native content (reels, stories, posts, video), and keep experimenting with new formats before they're obvious.
• Build and nurture an engaged community; find and amplify the best user-generated content and ensure the brand connects with our core fanbase in an authentic way.

Produce hands-on, in-house

• Create marketing assets across the full funnel, fast, without waiting on an agency queue.
• Use design and AI tools to make graphics and smaller marketing materials yourself — building our in-house creation engine as you go.
• Support influencer and creator collaborations that fit who we are.

Lead & grow the team

Manage, coach and level up a Junior Social Media Manager — and build the in-house creative culture around you, with smart and selective freelance support for peak activation moments and new product launches.

Your profile

• 5+ years in brand, content, social or communications, with real ownership of channels and campaigns you can point to — and the seniority to shape brand and comms thinking, not just execute it.
• Exceptional storytelling, copywriting and content-production skills — you write and make, you don't just brief.
• Social-native: you think platform-first and understand what makes content work today.
• Fluency in design tools (e.g. Figma, Adobe, Canva) and AI creation tools (image, video, copy) — enough to produce polished graphics and marketing material yourself. This is core to how we build in-house.
• A genuine hands-on maker mentality — you love building in-house, moving fast, and getting your hands dirty.
• First people-leadership experience, or the clear readiness and appetite to manage and mentor.
• Comfortable with data — you read performance and let it sharpen the work.
• Fluent German and English — German copywriting is core to this role, not a nice-to-have.
• Passionate about food & beverage, with a real feel for culture and consumer behavioral.

A Huge Plus

• You can shoot and/or edit social video.
• A flair for German copy with edge;
• Experience in founder led content and close alignment for tone and messaging
• Experience creating brand experiences and events, not just content.
