This is more than just a job. This is a chance to partner with educators, schools, municipalities (Kommunen), and education authoritiesacross North Rhine–Westphalia (NRW) to tackle school absence, one of the biggest challenges facing education today. By helping them implement AV1, you'll enable absent students to stay connected to learning and belonging while supporting their successful return to the classroom.
Globally, we've already empowered educators to help over 15,000 pupils back into school. In this role, you'll be extending that impact across NRW. In practice, this means that:
Drawing on your background in education, you will ensure AV1 is not just technology, but a meaningful inclusion toolwithin the German education system. Your insights from the field — what's working, what schools are struggling with, where the German education system is heading — will help us continuously improve how we support schools and adapt to the evolving education landscape.
If you have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in the education sector, ideally some in a leadership position, and are curious about how your expertise can create impact beyond the traditional classroom, this could be the opportunity for you.
You will likely recognise yourself in the following:
Every partnership you build and every implementation you lead helps schools reduce the impact of school absence. Through AV1, you'll enable more children to stay connected to learning and belonging while supporting their successful return to the classroom.
Location:North Rhine–Westphalia (NRW) or South-West Germany.
The role is primarily remote, but includes regular travel, visiting customers and partners across the region.
