What you will do:

• Develop lasting client relationships and support our customers in achieving their goals/ focusing on what they can do best - their core business
• Optimise existing and create new processes within the company to actively enhance all Customer Success initiatives
• Listen to our customers: collect feedback and share it internally to improve the product and/or establish better Customer Support practices
• Connect the dots between departments to ensure efficient communication of our customers' needs across teams
• Create awareness for and encourage education based on resources such as circuly’s knowledge loop and blog
• Keep customers updated on changes to the circuly software, new features, and anything that will make their life easier
