As a DevOps/Platform Engineer within the Technology Frameworks team, you will play a crucial role in shaping and maintaining this infrastructure. You will work with cutting-edge technologies to ensure our systems are robust, scalable, and secure, empowering our development teams to innovate and deliver high-quality products.

What you'll do

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable cloud infrastructure (primarily AWS).
• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery.
• Implement and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions for optimization.
• Ensure the security and compliance of our infrastructure.
• Collaborate with development teams to understand their needs and provide platform solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our DevOps practices and tooling.
• Participate in on-call rotations to support production systems.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer, Platform Engineer, or similar role.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
• Proficiency in infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD principles and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
• Scripting skills in languages like Python, Bash, or Go.
• Familiarity with networking concepts and security best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
