JOB TITLE: Field Service Engineer

Packsize is seeking a motivated and experienced Field Service Engineer to join our growing team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of Packsize’s innovative packaging solutions at customer sites. This role requires a strong technical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

What You'll Do

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair Packsize machinery at customer locations.
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine service on equipment.
• Provide technical support and training to customers on machine operation and maintenance.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software issues.
• Maintain accurate service records and reports.
• Collaborate with the internal support team to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and effective service.
• Travel to customer sites as required.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or in a similar technical support role.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with PLC controls and industrial automation is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
