Your main duties will be:

Email Marketing & Marketing Automation

Developing and optimising ISCC’s email marketing strategy and processes using Mailchimp
Managing and continuously improving audience structures, segmentation, tagging, templates, and automations
Designing and implementing scalable newsletter and lifecycle email strategies for different stakeholder groups
Planning and executing targeted email campaigns, newsletters, and automated journeys
Defining clear use cases for marketing, informational, and operational email communication
Ensuring consistent, compliant, and efficient use of email marketing tools across the organisation
Monitoring, analysing, and reporting email marketing performance and KPIs
Continuously optimising email marketing performance based on data, testing, and stakeholder feedback
Collaborating with internal teams to improve targeting, data quality, and campaign relevance
