Your mission

At Circunomics, paid acquisition is how we grow the marketplace, and this role is at the center of it. You will own the day-to-day execution of our global paid acquisition strategy: managing budgets, running channel operations, briefing creative, and turning test results into documented learning. Working closely with the Marketing Team Lead, you will be the hands-on driver behind our paid media performance, making data-informed decisions, flagging risks early, and continuously pushing towards smarter spend and stronger results.

This is a role for someone who moves fast, thinks in systems, and always asks "what's next?"

Your profile

Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
2-3 years' experience in Performance Marketing
Fluent in English, Fluent in German (minimum C1)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proactive communicator
Strong Project management and self-organizational skills
Strong attention to detail
Show Ownership & ability to push your own projects; always ask "what's next?"

Bonus points for

Experience in B2B Marketing
Interest in the Automotive, Mobility, or Energy sector is a huge plus

Your Tasks

Paid acquisition & budget

Execute the global paid acquisition strategy in close partnership with the Marketing Team Lead
Manage day-to-day paid media budget pacing, reporting, and re-allocation
Optimize paid spend across channels for long-term LTV and profitability

Channel strategy

Run day-to-day channel operations across Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
Potentially test new channels (YouTube, Reddit) and recommend scale-up opportunities backed by evidence, not assumption
