
The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) is an international organisation comprised of 38 member countries, that works to build better policies for better lives. Our mission is to promote policies that will improve the economic and social well-being of people around the world. The Directorate for Public Governance(GOV) leads the OECD’s work on public governance, supporting co-ordinated, innovative, international action across both domestic and global policy agendas. The Directorate implements the priorities of the Programme of Work and Budget (PWB) set by Member Countries and the Secretary-General in its area of responsibility.
GOV works across a broad range of policy areas to support governments in promoting good governance that enhances trust in institutions, improves the functioning of national economies and supports growth. It’s work is organised across eight divisions and focuses on helping governments at all levels design and implement strategic, evidence-based and innovative policies. Through this work, GOV supports countries in responding effectively to diverse and disruptive economic,social and environmental challenges and delivering on government’s commitments to citizens.
GOV is looking for motivated Policy Analysts to lead and contribute to its analytical, advisory and policy work across a broad range of public governance areas. This vacancy will be used to fill multiple positions across the Directorate, according to business needs and the profiles of selected candidates.

Ideal Candidate Profile
An advanced university degree in public policy, public management/administration, economics, political science, law, public finance, regulatory policy or another relevant discipline.
This vacancy should be filled as soon as possible, and applications should reach us no later than 8 June 2026 11:59 PM(Paris time).
For retained candidates, the selection process may include a video-recorded interview, job-based assessment and panel interviews.
