Product Manager, Partner Discovery

The kind of person who thrives here

• You have worked at the intersection of product and partner before. Maybe as an early PM at a B2B fintech or infrastructure company. Maybe as a senior TAM or solutions architect who wanted more product influence. Maybe as a consultant who got too deep into one client's stack and realized you wanted to shape what gets built, not advise on it.
• You write exceptionally well. Not marketing copy. Clear, technical, precise prose that makes hard things understandable without dumbing them down. You can read a sequence diagram, understand the problem, and write a one-pager that makes a commercial buyer trust us.
• You are a peer to founders, not a subordinate. The CEO, COO, and CTO stay close to product decisions, and you will work alongside us. You need to be persuasive, not territorial. Strong opinions, loosely held, well-defended.
• You do not need EV charging on your CV. You need to be the kind of person who can learn a complex regulated market fast, map it clearly, and translate it back to a small team that will act on what you find.
• Bonus: experience with B2B infrastructure, payments, accounting, or mobility platforms.

Who this is not for

This role is not for someone whose strength is optimizing an existing product, running experiments, or managing a roadmap that already exists. It is also not for someone who needs clear product turf and gets uncomfortable when founders are in the room on product decisions. We are a 13-person company. Boundaries are fluid by necessity, and the right person finds that energizing, not threatening.

Why ENAPI, why now

Most EV charging companies are building at the edge. We are building at the core: the invisible layer that makes roaming, pricing, and financial clearing work across thousands of networks.

We've built the roaming layer. The next layer is financial: how money moves, how disputes resolve, how partners trust the numbers. That's the bet, and that's where this role lives.

Small team, large market, direct ownership. We mean that literally. Equity here is real, and it's weighted toward people who will run this company as if it's their own. Because they will.

How we work

Remote-first, CET-aligned. Low ceremony, high clarity, direct responsibility. We write things down. We move fast. We do not have a lot of meetings about meetings. Most partner conversations happen online. Expect occasional travel to partners and to team gatherings.
