ISCC – International Sustainability and Carbon Certification is one of the leading certification systems for sustainability, traceability and the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions. Our activities and impact are expanding and our teams are growing exponentially since the last 3 years.

To strengthen our ISCC Logos, Claims, and Licensing (LCL) team, we are looking forward to welcoming you as a (Senior) System Manager at ourISCC headquarters in Cologne.

In this role, you will play a key part in shaping and advancing ISCC’s global brand, claims, and communication framework. You will support the strategic development of ISCC’s logo and claims governance, ensuring consistent, credible, and compliant communication across all ISCC solutions and stakeholder interactions.

Your main duties will be:

General

Serving as the primary point of contact for global brand owners (key accounts), providing expert guidance throughout the ISCC certification, the ISCC license and communication opportunities as well as maintaining a great relationship with relevant stakeholders
Delivering high proficiency trainings and presentations related to ISCC LCL at trainings and international conferences
Contributing to the overall strategy of the LCL team

Logos and Claims

Monitoring legislative developments (e.g. EU EmpCo, FTC Green Guides) and proactively adapting ISCC practices while maintaining close engagement with relevant stakeholders
Translating regulatory developments, market requirements, and new ISCC approaches into practical claims frameworks, guidance, and communication rules that ensure consistency, credibility, and compliance across all stakeholder communications
