We empower communication & brand through technology to create digital experiences that reach and inspire people across & beyond E.ON.

Your role – meaningful & rewarding

Support the continuous development, operation, and optimization of E.ON’s social intranet platform Compass
Develop and implement technical enhancements, including custom widgets, integrations, and automation solutions
Analyze product and usage data to generate insights and support data-driven product improvements
Support requirements engineering, solution design, testing, and technical documentation throughout the product lifecycle
Take ownership of smaller technical initiatives and contribute proactively to the team's success
Collaborate with stakeholders to continuously improve digital solutions, processes, and the overall user experience

Your profile– authentic & open-minded

Currently enrolled in a degree program in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Software Engineering, or a comparable field
Passion for developing digital solutions with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Interest in web technologies, automation, digital products, and data analytics
