(Senior) Manager Digital Enablement (m/w/d)

As a (Senior) Manager Digital Enablement (m/f/d), you will continue to shape Fresenius' digital communications landscape strategically and operationally. You will be responsible for global corporate websites and CMS platforms and ensure high-performance, user-oriented and data-based delivery of digital content. At the same time, you will drive analytics, automation and AI-based solutions within the communications organization.

These are your tasks:

Strategic and operational development of digital communication channels, platforms and technologies in line with the corporate and communication strategy
Responsibility for the global corporate website landscape including Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Drupal and their continuous optimization
Management of requirements, releases, tests, rollouts and optimization measures together with IT, agencies and departments
Ensuring stable operation of digital platforms and continuous improvement of performance, user experience and content governance
Development and implementation of data-based control instruments, analytics solutions, dashboards and KPI reporting
Analysis of user behavior and website performance as well as derivation of concrete optimization measures
Design and implement AI-powered solutions, automations, and digital tools to improve processes and user experiences
Consulting and support of the communication departments with digital requirements, content strategies and channel-appropriate control of content
Project management and coordination of international digital projects including website relaunches, system extensions and integration projects
Develop digital skills through training, standards, best practices, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
