Own and shape gridX’s expansion in the Charge Point Operator (CPO) segment across Europe., Act as a primary hunter to win strategic customers and build long-term partnerships., Work closely with Product and Leadership to define how gridX scales in the EVCI market., Build and scale a customer base, focusing on acquiring and closing leading Charge Point Operators in mature European EV markets., Lead the EVCI go-to-market strategy definition and execution., Maintain and report on pipeline development to Growth Management., Acquire new customers by translating product features into customer value and acquisition., Represent gridX as a thought leader at key industry events, trade fairs, conferences, and online platforms., Work closely with Marketing to strengthen gridX’s market presence and support campaign planning and execution., Partner with customers to understand their strategic, operational, and grid-integration challenges., Align with Product Management to map business outcomes through the evolution of the XENON platform., Collaborate with gridX’s technical experts to analyze the scaling potential of potential CPO partners., Define the right solution offering to meet CPO partners' strategic, operational, and technical needs., Lead gridX’s participation in major tenders and coordinate across Product, Solution Engineering, Development, Legal, and Finance to create winning proposals.
