Provide commercial support for transitioning investments into asset management, Assist with ongoing asset management, including profitability calculations during the holding phase, evaluating alternative scenarios, and overseeing comprehensive reporting, Support the management of external service providers, ensuring the quality of external property management services, and assisting with tenant support, Act as an interface between various departments such as IPC, risk and portfolio management, accounting, and tax, Prepare and monitor property planning, including business plans and DCF analyses, and collect/document market developments and comparative rental data regularly, Support commercial project management for maintenance and repair measures, tenant improvements, and optimization initiatives, Provide commercial support during sales processes and prepare decision papers for the Investment Committee, sponsors, and other stakeholders, Participate in internal and external meetings, taking minutes and managing deadlines, Undertake organizational and administrative tasks as needed, Collaborate on process development and optimization efforts, Engage in cross-departmental projects to ensure cohesive operations
