Responsible for the commercial growth of Packiro in the Netherlands, together with the NL Team., Shape the role independently, with a focus on New Business & Outreach, Inbound Sales & Lead Management, Account Management & Customer Growth, or a combination thereof., Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to long-term customer relationships., Build and expand a strong network of prospects and customers., Manage and grow existing accounts., Advise customers on sustainable packaging solutions., Identify and leverage commercial opportunities., Prepare, follow up on, and negotiate offers., Achieve revenue and margin targets., Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Operations, and Marketing., Actively contribute to and provide input on the sales strategy in the Netherlands., Translate market developments into concrete commercial opportunities.
