Leading business development and sales activities across Europe for large-scale hydrogen projects., Managing and developing the Sales Managers team, including responsibility for the MHP sales organization., Leading complex industrial projects (10 MW to >100 MW) from opportunity development through contract closure., Personally engaging in strategic and complex deals, driving negotiations, removing obstacles, and ensuring successful project execution and closure., Managing the full sales cycle, including commercial strategy, bid preparation, negotiations, and customer engagement., Supporting project development through technical and commercial feasibility, financing, permitting, and funding phases., Defining project strategies, structures, and resources required for successful project execution and acquisition., Coordinating internal approvals and Gate processes together with multidisciplinary and Corporate Review teams., Managing strategic customer relationships and supporting market strategy, forecasting, and opportunity prioritization., Driving MHP commercialization and go-to-market activities in collaboration with technical and product management teams., Representing the company at conferences, customer meetings, and industry events while developing new business opportunities and partnerships.
