Strengthens the leadership and effectiveness of HR Business Partnering in Germany by combining people leadership with hands-on HR Business Partner expertise., Ensures clear prioritisation, consistent advisory quality and sustainable HR delivery in a complex, transformation-driven environment, while continuing to provide focused HR Business Partner support to the business., Actively promotes collaboration, transparency and mutual enablement across all HR pillars in close partnership with other Local HR functions, HR Operations, Labour Law / Employee Relations, and Corporate HR., Has disciplinary and functional responsibility for the HR Business Partner team in Germany and ensures a consistent, high-quality and business-oriented HR Business Partnering approach across the organisation., Leads, coaches and develops the HR Business Partners, while fostering a trust-based, collaborative “One Team” culture., Sets clear priorities, actively steers workload and capacity, and ensures focus on the most business-critical and risk-relevant topics., Ensures consistent advisory quality, governance, compliance and professional standards across HR Business Partnering., Supports and enables the HRBP team in complex transformation, change and organisational situations., Strengthens cooperation between HR Business Partnering, HR Operations and Labour Law / Employee Relations to deliver coherent, pragmatic and compliant solutions., Contributes to a strong, trust-based and solution-oriented HR community with a shared focus on business impact and employee experience., Acts as an HR Business Partner for a defined business scope in Germany, providing both strategic and operational HR support., Advises leaders across the full HR agenda, including leadership and talent development, succession planning, retention, compensation & benefits and organisational topics., Translates business priorities into effective people and organisational solutions., Advises on employee relations matters, policies, procedures and investigations, ensuring compliance with German labour law and internal regulations., Maintains a strong and constructive relationship with the works council and advises leaders on co-determination topics., Supports and implements global HR policies, standards and initiatives at local level., Supports workforce planning and staffing decisions and uses HR data and people analytics for evidence-based recommendations., Actively contributes to change and transformation initiatives.
