Central organization and coordination of all administrative office processes across five companies, Optimization and standardization of internal workflows and office procedures across locations, Interface function between Management, HR, IT, Accounting, and external service providers, Responsibility for office infrastructure: workplace setup, equipment, mail, vehicle fleet, suppliers, Onboarding support for new employees, including access, equipment, and workspace setup as, Conducting onboarding sessions Office Administration & Health and Safety, Support in planning and organization of internal events (e.g., meetings with external stakeholders, workshops, company events), Contract and vendor management (e.g., cleaning services, insurance, facility providers), Creation and maintenance of office documentation, checklists, handbooks, etc., Support with travel management and general administrative duties for the executive team, Checking and ensuring the tidiness, cleanliness and maintenance of the office premises and all associated equipment and devices
