PMO support for the global S/4HANA transformation program, including further development of program management practices and administrative, conceptual, and organizational tasks., Steering and communication support: Assistance in creating and maintaining status reports, reports, and presentations for various stakeholders., Coordination and organization: Appointment scheduling (especially Outlook), setting up/maintaining distribution lists, organizing and following up on meetings (invitations, agenda, minutes) in close coordination with the team., Planning and standards: Support in maintaining project/program plans, tracking, documentation, and further development of program standards., Collaboration and work packages: Coordination with departments/streams within the company, as well as planning and execution of defined work packages according to specific requirements., Preparation, analysis, and visualization of data (e.g., in Excel), creation of dashboards., General PMO activities: Document management, filing/structure topics, and other coordination tasks in the program environment.
