Support the preparation and follow-up of Business Development activities, including maintaining sales data, updating dashboards, and supporting sales processes via Salesforce and WordPress., Assist with the creation of presentations, pitch decks, and marketing materials., Contribute to website administration, support the drafting and sending of email campaigns, assist with text editing, and help create Social Media content., Respond to standard customer enquiries in coordination with the team., Organise and coordinate internal and external meetings, including scheduling, logistics, materials, documentation, and meeting minutes., Support travel arrangements and expense reimbursement processes for colleagues., Compile, structure, and upload content and materials to the FLOCERT intranet, ensuring information is accessible and up to date., Support Marketing and Sales with research activities, including market, customer, and topic-related research as required.
