Regularly support two children with special educational needs in intellectual development (children with Down syndrome) in inclusive classroom settings according to the timetable., Independently plan and adapt small teaching units in a small group with these children, coordinating with subject teachers and special education teachers (including for assessment and evaluation of performance)., Write support plans for teaching in collaboration with special education teachers, as well as support plans for the after-school care program., Assist children with Down syndrome with daily activities., Participate in the preparation and execution of the annual class trip and help organize class parent evenings., Attend general assemblies, team meetings, support plan conferences, inclusion subject conferences, supervisions, grade level meetings, and study days., Contribute to the further development of the school's inclusion concept.
