Independent processing of complex legal matters in the context of admission procedures for centrally and decentrally admission-restricted degree programs (NC) as well as access procedures for international applicants for studies, preparatory German courses, and Studienkolleg for the Free State of Bavaria, including legal review and assessment of admission requirements, taking into account university, capacity, administrative, and European law requirements., Legal support and coordination of faculty and department-wide access and selection procedures for bachelor's and master's degree programs with admission or access restrictions, including the interpretation and application of statutes, regulations, and university law provisions, as well as advising the involved organizational units., Independent identification, analysis, and legal assessment of process-related risks in admission and access procedures, particularly with regard to legal certainty, the principle of equal treatment, and judicial reviewability, as well as development and implementation of strategies for optimizing, standardizing, and ensuring the quality of procedures., Participation in the further development of internal university regulations, procedural instructions, and legal bases in the area of admission and access, including the preparation of legal opinions and decision proposals., Advising internal stakeholders (e.g., faculties, departments, central administration) on complex legal issues in the context of admission, access, and selection procedures.
