Continuously improving processes, tools, ways of working, and systems as BPO (Business Process Owner), ensuring full and consistent utilization in line with defined guidelines to achieve desired outcomes for owned processes., Developing, training, and coordinating the BPE (Business Process Expert) network to support continuous improvement initiatives, tool adoption, change management, and best-practice sharing., Ensuring the availability of required resources (toolkits, processes, RACI, training, systems) to enable proper execution of business processes., Working cross-functionally with impacted areas (e.g., IT, Compliance) to identify requirements and design aligned processes accordingly., Identifying potential issues and alternative solutions, and elevating digitalization ideas by exploring, evaluating, and prioritizing digital opportunities based on user needs, business context, technical feasibility, and other characteristics., Leading the enhancement and optimization of procurement tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency., Ensuring proper system governance in partnership with the IT department., Continuously monitoring industry trends and external developments.
