As the central point of contact for our OT Workplace initiatives, you’ll support our employees with technical challenges, ensure smooth IT processes, and use your expertise to help deliver high-quality service. Join our team and play an active role in shaping our IT landscape.

Primary Point of Contact (m/f/d) for all matters related to the OT Workplace
Handling telephone, written, and in-person support requests independently and in compliance with response and resolution times (SLAs)
Solve IT problems—such as those related to operating systems, Office applications, and laptops in a client/server network environment—remotely, via email or by phone
Organize all tasks in the ticket system (Jira) to improve internal service orientation
Building and updating the IT knowledge base by documenting (in Confluence) issues that arise and linking them to their solutions
Assisting with administrative tasks (maintenance, rollouts, etc.)

Your profile

Completed training as an IT Specialist in System Integration or a comparable qualification
Nice to have: Several years of professional experience in 1st-level support
Good knowledge of current IT technologies as well as O365 tools, Azure Active Directory, Windows OS clients, and Windows OS and application deployment via Intune
Experience with IT standards such as ISO 27001 and ITIL is a plus
Very good knowledge of English and German
Your skills: Responsible team player (m/f/d) with solution-oriented and agile work style
Willingness to travel up to 15%
Class B driver’s license required
