We are Coffee Circle, Germany’s leading sustainable specialty coffee roastery based in Berlin. We offer the world’s finest coffee and equipment to over 150,000 customers online and in our Cafés, driven by our goal to make high-end coffee experiences enjoyable and accessible to all. We foster direct trade relationships with coffee farmers worldwide, pay high prices for the coffee beans, and ensure everyone involved in the value chain gets treated fairly and respectfully. For every kilogram of coffee we sell, we invest € 1 through our Coffee Circle Foundation e.V. to help support sustainable improvements in coffee-growing areas, such as providing clean drinking water, hygiene training, and coffee labs. With over 5 million euros raised in donations, we cannot wait to increase our positive impact with you on our team, one cup of coffee at a time.

Your role:

Execute café-related communication to customers, both in our cafés and online, in line with our brand positioning – from POS materials to newsletters, website content and Google Maps.
Make sure our cafés’ offerings are easy to discover, understand and purchase. You’ll shape how we present them on the shelf and at the POS, and contribute to product ideas, seasonal offers, bundles and menu optimization.
Plan and bring to life café campaigns, promotions, events and new openings that create a great customer experience and get people excited to join in.
Build local partnerships and activations that connect our cafés with their neighborhoods and give customers more reasons to come back.
Report to our Head of Marketing and work closely with Retail Operations, Brand, Design, CRM and Category Management to turn ideas into reality.

Your profile:

You bring at least 2-3 years of experience in a generalist marketing role, with hands-on responsibility for offline, physical products or retail environments.
You understand how product presentation, communication, and storytelling can shape the customer experience and drive sales.
