Founder's Associate (f/m/x)

As a Founder's Associate, you'll join a small team working directly with our Chief of Staff Cedric, CEO Till and management team on the things that shape the future of the company. You'll be deployed where the leverage is highest: launching a new module, building the business case that decides whether we enter a new market, organizing the next offsite or closing the next financing round. We've done this before. We're now building a team that can do that repeatedly.

This is a fast-paced, entrepreneurial role for candidates who take initiative and get things done. The reward is unusual exposure: you'll sit in the rooms where decisions are made, and you'll be judged on whether the thing you owned actually worked and brought the business forward.

Where this leads: the role is designed as a launchpad. After around 12-18 months, you will move into either a lead role in a topical business function or a strategic role such as Chief of Staff – depending on where you have shown the most traction and where the company needs you.

Key responsibilities

• Own high-priority projects end-to-end from 0 to 1: from scoping and analysis to stakeholder coordination and delivery.
• Mobilise energy behind new product and market initiatives: bring the aggression and speed a zero-to-one launch needs, then hand over cleanly to the teams who run it long-term.
• Build the analytical foundations for decisions that matter: business cases, market and competitor deep-dives, pricing analyses, and investor reporting inputs.
• Drive enablement and automation across teams: find the repetitive work, build the automation, get people to actually adopt it.
• Do the unglamorous parts too. Clean the messy dataset. Chase the missing investor response for a board meeting. Fill out a grant application. Rebuild the deck late at night because the numbers changed.

Your profile

• You have 1+ years of experience in a fast paced environment such (e.g. startup, consulting, VC, IB…) or an outstanding track record that proves the same.
• Your academic and extracurricular activities demonstrate your ambition and willingness to take ownership.
• You think and act like a founder: you take ownership without being asked, you unblock yourself, and you finish what you start.
• You turn ambiguous, badly defined problems into a clear plan and a set of next steps – and then you execute the plan yourself.
• You're strong with numbers and structure. A business case, a cohort analysis, or a pricing model doesn't intimidate you.
• You're genuinely tech-savvy. You use AI tools daily, you can vibecode a prototype, and you're comfortable in adopting new tools.
• You communicate clearly and can hold your own with our management team.
• You bring practical interest in sustainability and regulation – enough to get up to speed on a new EU regulation fast and hold a credible conversation about it.
• You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
• You get excited by the idea of growing a startup into a successful scale up.
