Your responsibilities

Support the preparation of consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
Assist in the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
Perform intercompany reconciliations and eliminations.
Contribute to the development and improvement of accounting processes and internal controls.
Prepare various financial reports and analyses for management.
Collaborate with internal and external auditors.
Support the implementation and maintenance of accounting software and systems.
Handle ad-hoc accounting tasks and projects as required.

What we're looking for

Completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field with a focus on accounting or finance.
Proven experience (2-3 years) in group accounting, financial accounting, or auditing.
Solid understanding of IFRS accounting standards.
Experience with consolidation software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills in German and English (written and spoken).
