What you bring to the table

• Academic background: You have a degree (diploma/master's) in electrical engineering, computer science, microsystems technology, communications engineering, or a comparable field—ideally supplemented by a doctorate.
• Practical experience: You have in-depth knowledge of project acquisition and management and are well versed in and enthusiastic about CMOS digital technology and artificial intelligence.
• Technological expertise: You are comfortable using the digital design-flow of CMOS circuits and enjoy doing so.
• Team spirit and strong communication skills: You enjoy working in a team and have strong communication and organizational skills that enable you to interact effectively with colleagues.
• Personal responsibility and internationality: Your independent, goal-oriented way of working is complemented by business fluent English skills, which will benefit you in an international work environment.
• Business know-how: You have basic knowledge of finance and business management.

The weekly working hours are 39 hours. The position can also be filled on a part-time basis. The position is initially limited to three years, but the aim is to establish a longer-term collaboration.
