We are looking for a strategic and hands-on WASH Program Manager to run our RESTORE programs (30h/week) and secure the resources necessary to scale them. Your work will be divided into two main pillars:
RESTORE: As the lead for our flagship program, you are responsible for the strategic development and operational success of our water, health and sanitation projects in the Global South.
Strategic Program Development: Further develop the RESTORE framework, aligning it with global sustainability goals and the needs of the textile industry.
Partner Management (Corporate & Global South Partners): Act as the primary interface between fashion brands and our partners in the Global South. You build trust, solid trust-based relationships across both sides of the partnership.
Operational Project Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle – from conceptualization to implementation. This includes concept development, pitching, monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) to ensure meaningful and lasting impact.
Advocacy Integration: Coordinate projects that bridge the gap between factory wastewater challenges and clean water resources, engaging brands and, where relevant, policymakers.
External Communication: Regularly communicate project progress and provide content for our channels (Newsletter and LinkedIn)
FUNDRAISING: To ensure the long-term growth of our programs, you will play a key role in securing financial support and expanding our network.
Institutional Fundraising: Identify, approach, and manage relationships with institutional donors, foundations, and public funding bodies. You will lead the preparation and submission of high-quality proposals and reports.
Acquisition Corporate Partners: Proactively identify, recruit and build a solid relationship with new corporate partners who are willing to invest in water stewardship, the improvement of the daily lives of workers in their supply chain as well as supply chain resilience.
