N3XTCODER was formed in 2016 in Berlin with the vision to build a global impact ecosystem that leverages technology for the common good. We are a team of purpose-driven AI experts, developers and product designers who co-create practical AI solutions that people actually use. We build custom agents that run in everyday operations, with a European-first stance on privacy and responsibility (GDPR, EU AI Act). Our partners range from public sector organisations and ministries to the German Mittelstand, innovative startups and scale-ups, and large organisations such as Microsoft Germany and the German Insurance Association (GDV), often in regulated environments where getting it right matters.

The role:

This is a hands-on, people-facing role. You will prototype and ship AI solutions, sit with clients to work out where AI genuinely helps, and then run the trainings and create the content that get a whole organisation confident and self-sufficient. If you like being in front of people as much as in front of a terminal, this is for you. Your time splits roughly three ways.

Build AI solutions end-to-end:

Design and build working AI solutions from prototype to production, using Claude Code, open-source agent frameworks and n8n or comparable no-code tools
Wire up automations and agents that connect real business systems: CRMs, inboxes, docs, internal tools
Own the solution through to a clean hand-off, documented, reliable and ready for the client to run
