About Freshflow

Today, more than 40% of all food produced globally is wasted, causing $1.2 trillion in losses every year and carbon emissions six times higher than the entire aviation industry. Freshflow is building the AI operating system for the fresh food supply chain, starting with ordering and inventory optimisation for fresh departments.

We already work with some of the largest grocery retailers in Germany and France (EDEKA, REWE, Carrefour, Intermarché, E.Leclerc), meaningfully reducing food waste while improving availability on the shelf. 93% of our order proposals are accepted by store staff. We are growing revenue 400% year over year and just closed our $10M Series A.

The role

Freshflow is roughly 30 people today, our customers include the largest grocery retailers in Europe, and revenue is growing faster than any process we have. New stores go live across Germany and France every month, new markets are opening, and the operating layer that turns this pace into a repeatable machine still has to be built. Building and running that layer is the job: you join as the operational counterpart to our CEO, he stays on product, technology and customers, and you make the company run.

What you'll do

Run the company's operating system. Own the planning and goal cycle, company KPIs and reporting, and the leadership cadence, so that priorities, owners and progress are visible and enforced at all times.
Own the launch engine. Take every signed retailer contract to a live store: design and run the rollout machine together with Solutions and Customer Success, so that launch capacity scales ahead of sales.
Drive international expansion. Turn market entry into a repeatable operation: entry playbooks, local setup and operational readiness that carry us from our German and French core into the next markets.
Scale customer operations. Build the structures, playbooks and capacity plans that keep service quality high while the store base multiplies.
Own commercial operations. Run the pipeline from signed deal to collected cash: contract handover, customer onboarding, billing and clean revenue data.
