Your Role: Driving Innovation in Tandem Solar Cells

As a vital member of our dynamic and international R&D team, you will play a crucial role in advancing our high-efficiency perovskite-silicon tandem solar cell technology. Your expertise will not only strengthen our technology leadership but also drive innovations toward commercial-scale applications.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Represent the company in international standardization and certification bodies (e.g., IEC, ISO, UL, TÜV) and actively drive the development, revision, and implementation of industry standards, testing methodologies, and certification requirements for Perovskite-Silicon Tandem technologies.
• Serve as the primary interface between external committees and internal R&D, technology, quality, and product teams, ensuring alignment of standardization activities with business and technology objectives.
• Monitor and assess existing and emerging standards, regulations, and certification requirements, identifying opportunities to introduce innovative technologies into future industry frameworks.
• Prepare technical position papers, argumentation strategies, data-driven analyses, and decision-making materials to support management and committee participation.
• Analyze technical, certification, and market data to evaluate impacts on product qualification, reliability, compliance, and market access.
