Love For Life is looking for a Storyteller & Content Creator to strengthen how we communicate our work, values, and impact across different audiences and platforms, especially focused on building a thriving community and support network.

This role combines storytelling, media content production, and coordination, drawing on an extensive archive of thousands of photos, short videos, interviews, and stories from over a decade of working together with Indigenous communities.

The ideal candidate is an excellent writer and storyteller who is both creative and grounded, demonstrates strong cultural sensitivity—particularly in relation to Indigenous and local communities—and works across languages and contexts with care, clarity, and strategic focus.

This is a remote position with close collaboration with international and local teams.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute a content strategy that amplifies Love For Life’s mission and impact.
• Craft compelling narratives through written content (blog posts, social media updates, website copy, newsletters).
• Produce engaging multimedia content, including short videos, photo essays, and audio stories, leveraging our existing archive.
• Manage and maintain our content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent delivery across platforms.
• Collaborate with program teams to gather stories and insights from the field.
• Monitor and engage with our online community, fostering a supportive and interactive environment.
• Support the communications team in various outreach and campaign initiatives.
• Ensure all content is culturally sensitive, accurate, and aligned with Love For Life’s values.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a storyteller, content creator, or communications specialist.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Demonstrated ability to create engaging multimedia content (video editing, photography, graphic design basics are a plus).
