Are you studying toxicology and would like to take a look behind the scenes of an international healthcare company during your studies? Then take the opportunity to gain insights into a wide range of work processes and to work independently on current regulatory and scientific issues. As part of your assignment, you will have the opportunity to develop professionally in the field of toxicological assessments and risk assessments and at the same time work closely with interdisciplinary interfaces. This will allow you to build up practical know-how, explore possible career paths and fill your study budget at the same time.

Your challenge in detail

You will support the toxicology team in day-to-day business and take on administrative tasks
You will contribute to toxicological assessments with a focus on extractables and leachables
You maintain, update and structure databases
You will conduct literature reviews on toxicological issues and prepare the results
You will support the documentation and maintenance of regulatory documents
You will prepare, analyze and structure data to support internal evaluations

Your competence is in demand

Current full-time studies in the field of toxicology, chemistry, biochemistry or pharmacy
Interest in toxicology and understanding of the link between chemical properties and biological effects
Knowledge of basic mechanisms of action of substances (focus: mutagens/genotoxic substances) and experimental test systems from toxicology
Good written and spoken English skills
Confident handling of MS Office
Independent, structured and analytical way of working
