Aufgaben Innerhalb Ihrer Tätigkeit am Lehrstuhl für Ergonomie werden Sie in der Forschungsgruppe ReSyst folgende Aufgaben übernehmen:

Full-time position, available immediately and initially limited until 31 January 2029, for a Research Associate (m/f/d) for the Analysis and Modeling of Complex Sociotechnical Systems We are looking for a full-time research assistant (m/f/d) to join our team immediately, initially on a fixed-term contract through January 31, 2029, to work on the development and validation of digital twin and modeling approaches for investigating adaptive sociotechnical systems, using teleoperated driving as an example.
About us The Chair of Ergonomics, headed by Prof. Dr. Klaus Bengler, conducts research and teaching with approximately 40 researchers within the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the School of Engineering and Design (SoED), Technical University of Munich (TUM) in Garching. Our work focuses on the design and evaluation of human-machine interaction as well as the design of complex sociotechnical systems.The research group Engineering Resilient Sociotechnical Systems (ReSyst) investigates adaptive sociotechnical work systems whose performance emerges from the interaction of humans, technical and AI-based agents, organizations, and environmental conditions. The group's objective is to represent, empirically assess, and deliberately design adaptive capacity using explainable and executable functional models.
