Your Impact as a Trainer in our AI-Native Designer Trainer Pool

We recently launched our AI-Native Designer course: a full-time, 65-working-day program that helps designers work fluently with AI across the full design process, from AI-assisted ideation through to designing AI-powered product experiences. The course is practical and project-based, and every module produces work students add to their portfolio.

We're building our pool of expert trainers and are looking for specialists who can contribute their expertise as course instructors. This can mean one or more of the following:

• You bring senior experience in product, UX/UI, or graphic design and can teach design frameworks, processes, and best practices - from discovery through delivery.
• You have deep, practical experience with a specific design tool, such as Figma or Adobe Creative Cloud, and can train others to use it for real design work.
• You have current, hands-on experience integrating AI into a design practice - AI-assisted ideation and prototyping, designing AI-powered product experiences, or building AI-native design systems - and can teach designers to do the same critically and responsibly, not just adopt tools.

Our program combines morning live sessions with guided self-study and project work support in the afternoons. Depending on your availability, you can run a single expert workshop, produce a series of tutorials, or take ownership of an entire module.

Your contribution helps designers upskill, re-enter the workforce, or take the next step in their careers.

As a freelance trainer, your rate will be discussed based on your role and the scope of your contribution.
