What to expect

• Planning, coordination and follow-up of appointments and follow-ups as well as preparation, organisation and follow-up of meetings, conferences and events
• Keeping minutes and ensuring the structured follow-up of resolutions as well as independent preparation and preparation of correspondence, presentations, reports and evaluations
• Support in projects and assumption of special tasks in close cooperation with the secretariat of the management and the staff
• Support in the implementation and further development of sustainability topics and initiatives
• Structured cooperation with all internal and external contact persons, including committee work

What you bring to the table

• Apprenticeship as an office clerk (m/f/d) and/or bachelor's degree in the field of management; Connection to the healthcare sector desirable
• Confident handling of MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel) and very good handling of digital media
• Communication skills, presentation skills and persuasiveness
• Analytical and conceptual thinking skills as well as planning skills
• High degree of initiative, motivation, social competence and team orientation
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
