Finance Analyst

Munich (Hybrid) Full-Time €50,000–€62,000 per year Reports to Head of Commercial Operations

Summary

We’re looking for a Finance Analyst to run HeyCharge’s day-to-day finance operation. You’ll own accounts payable and receivable end to end, prepare monthly payroll, keep our employment and personnel records straight, and act as the standing contact for our external bookkeeping firm and Steuerberater. When month-end arrives the books are clean, because you kept them clean all month.

You’ll report to our Head of Commercial Operations to start, and move under the Head of Finance once that hire lands. In the meantime you’ll be building the workflows the finance function inherits rather than slotting into someone else’s — which makes the first months unusually visible. If you like the version of finance where you get to decide how the process actually works, this is that seat.

Responsibilities

Accounts payable. Process incoming supplier invoices end to end — coding, approval routing, payment runs, and vendor queries. Suppliers get paid on time and nothing sits forgotten in an inbox.
Accounts receivable. Issue customer and partner invoices, track what’s outstanding, and chase overdue balances politely but persistently. The days-sales-outstanding number is yours.
