Fundraising Manager (m/f/d)

Klimabildung e.V. is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting climate education and fostering a sustainable future. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Fundraising Manager to join our team and help us expand our financial resources.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with potential donors, foundations, and corporate partners.
• Write compelling grant proposals and funding applications.
• Organize and manage fundraising events and campaigns.
• Maintain donor databases and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Communicate the impact of our work to donors and stakeholders.
• Monitor fundraising performance and report on progress.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in fundraising, preferably in the non-profit sector.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong proposal writing and grant management abilities.
• Experience with donor cultivation and relationship management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for climate education and sustainability.
• Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., CRM systems).
• Fluency in German and English.
