We are looking for a passionate and skilled Laser Process Expert to join our R&D team and contribute to the advancement of perovskite-silicon tandem solar cell technology. Your Role: Advancing Laser Processes for Tandem Solar Cells

As a key member of our dynamic and international R&D team, you will take ownership of laser-based processes in perovskite development. You will play a critical role in developing, optimizing, and scaling laser technologies to enable high-efficiency tandem solar cells.

Your Key Responsibilities

Laser Process Development: Develop, optimize, and implement laser processes for perovskite tandem solar cells, including cell separation (scribing/dicing) and edge isolation.
Technology Ownership: Take full responsibility for all laser-related process steps across the perovskite device flow, ensuring performance, stability, and scalability.
Process Integration: Collaborate closely with coating, materials, and device teams to integrate laser steps seamlessly into the overall cell architecture and process flow.
Experimental Excellence: Plan and execute experiments, analyze data, and continuously improve processes, equipment, and device performance.
Technology Transfer: Support the transfer of laser processes from R&D to pilot lines and production environments, ensuring robustness and reproducibility.
